The Office of the Vice President (OVP) has an allocation of P10 million for the downpayment of the proposed land acquisition where its permanent office will be constructed.

Based on the proposed P2.3 billion budget for 2023, OVP also has set aside P32.5 million for its Libreng Sakay and vehicles needed for the operation of its satellite offices.

OVP’s Libreng Sakay program has already served 44,000 passengers since it was launched on August 3, 2022.

OVP buses providing free rides are operating from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.

The OVP also has a P500 million confidential fund.
